| How do I create an account? |

1) Click the "Register"" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your details on the Express Registration page then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account.
Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private.

3) Please check the box if you want to receive Newsletters from us

| How do I edit my account information? |

Click the "Your Account " link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information |
| Help, I've forgotten my password. |

Click the "Login " link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password?" Click on the link.
Enter your email address that you used when registering and click Submit.
That link will send an email to you with a new password.
You can change your password in "Your Account" after you log in from the "Change Password" link.

| How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order? |

Click the "View Basket" link at the top right hand side of our site to view items you have added to the Shopping Basket. Then amend the number in the box under the "qty" heading and click on Update Basket to change the quantities. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
To remove an item from your Basket click on the little "X" on the left of the item in "View Basket"
To cancel all of the order click on "Empty Basket" on the far left of the page, under "Useful Links".

Shipping
| How much is my shipping? |

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. All items are sent via Royal Mail or Courier if over 2kg.
Shipping for orders under £5 is 65p via Royal Mail 1st Class Postage
Shipping for orders over £5 is free via Royal Mail 1st Class Postage
When will my order be shipped?
We will despatch your order shortly after we receive cleared payment from you, usually within 48hours.
You will receive an email from us to confirm your order has been received and another when it has been despatched.
