This fully double variety has 4-5" frilly blooms that look as much like peonies as poppies. The salmon-pink petals gradually fade with age producing a stunning effect. The blooms arise on erect, sturdy stems on plants 2-3' high and with a spread of about 12". Blooms are followed by handsome seedpods that are highly sought after for use in dried arrangements.
